Reminder: OIP Offering Training June 9th on Exemption 2 after Milner
Given the significant change to Exemption 2 brought about by the Supreme Court’s decision in Milner v. Department of the Navy, OIP has scheduled two special training sessions for agency personnel. The first session was held last month. The second session will be held this Thursday, June 9th at 10am in the Great Hall at the Department of Justice.
